We had Yum Cha for lunch last week, but from stable tables not ones in a parade. I believe Sydney has one of the best Chinese New Year parades in the world. Another good photo Kate.

Just had to go read a bit about Yum Cha, which is sort of dim sum but lighter portions, I take it? Plus yum cha translates to "drink tea." What fun! Simmer down, Heidi, and I'll take you for yum cha!

I guess this might be one way to make sure you get a table at your favorite restaurant. I'm still loving the parade pics, Kate. Only 12 more to go? They'd better hurry up and have another parade!
