Who really cares what Dal'Guh is saying?? If that person feels they have to hide behind a language barrier, then so be it. Ignore and it will either speak up so we can understand, or will just go away. I really don't need negatives in my life.

Wow - one comment most of us can't read and everyone is at each others throats. Gee, wonder why the world can't 'just get along with each other?'

Yes, Jo, I did. What a spoilsport - and I understand enough (knowing French and Italian) to catch the gist and find it offensive. And to make such an effort for all three puzzles is not pleasant.

No Jo I could not understand the comments but if they are abusive then they should be reported but only i you are sure of what is being said

Cindy, I agree with you, and because folks are taking the time to format their photos and send them in, I like to comment on them - and I do fail to do it in lofty prose style - so that the photographers know that people enjoy their efforts and appreciate their work.

I reported Dal'Guh's comments as abusive. I know Portuguese and can say it is both abusive, rude, and insulting. A pity he/she is not able to enjoy simple things.

Well, Maree, I thought Big Red's comment was okay -- basically saying we don't want the negatives. And we aren't at each other's throats -- just saying we don't like those negatives. And the simple comments are just a nice way to say thanks to the photographers, and to get to know some of our fellow puzzlers a bit better. And some of the more extensive comments are very informative and enjoyable.

Off to bed with me now but not after spending an entertaining hour or so trying to work out what Dal... was saying!!!! They certainly go a bit of coverage didn't they?

My apologies to Suzy and Maree. I will refrain from making any comments at all. I, too, felt that what I could interpret from the original comment was ignorant and rude. I always enjoyed making comments to encourage those whose photos were printed. In the future I will do the puzzles and not More...

Big Red, I, too, thought you were expressing that you just wanted everyone to be nice on this site. I agree that most of us come here to enjoy the puzzling and to be friendly to one another - that's why I find this site a pleasure to visit, particularly on a bad day!
