Another photo taken in Hyde Park that same sunny winter's day! One of the side arms of this fountain (with St Mary's Cathedral in the background) have already been seen. The photos of Il Porcellino in Macquarie Street were also taken that day.

Is Archibald Fountain named after Archibald Leach??? (Cary Grant)

I don't know, but someone 'stole' the upper left hand corner piece from my puzzle. Now, whoever did it, give it back! Now! I've been clicking and clicking and it won't appear!

Heidi, I don't think Archibald has clothes on...I don't think Cary would do that.

Big Red, My upper left corner was hiding behind the last (or next to the last) piece of the puzzle. I, too, noted the apparent nudity of the statue, but I wondered if insufficient funds had been raised to clothe the statue? Or did Archibald run around in his birthday suit a lot?
Fun puzzle to do.

I was going to comment on how pretty and unusual this fountain is, but the previous two comments have put naughty thoughts in my head instead.
Shhhh! I'll never tell....

The people in the background show the fountain in perception that you can tell how big it is. Maybe that's why they ran out of money for clothes or just wanted to show "things" to be bigger than they were (another naughty thought for Gramma Linda)

That top left corner was blinding.

I agree, Gail. That corner piece eluded me for quite some time before I discovered it right in front of me, and not underneath the puzzle. I worked this one at a snail's pace.
