Tricia, I'm back, too. Shoulder surgery kept me in a sling and one handed for 2 months. It's really good to be back.

Welcome back Kathy, I had no sling but 11 weeks of a plaster with the thumb pointing up and no way of reaching the fingers, therefore no abitity to grip anything. Flattery will get you nowhere, Ian. No, I'm 60 now. My prognosis about 10 years ago was that I had no more than 4-5 years left, so I prepared myself to die. When I didn't, I decided that I'll live each day rather than waiting to die, and I'm still going strong.... I think I'm just too darned stubborn to follow the rules.

Onya Kay, I am a believer in the Big Lottery in the Sky - when your number comes up you will go.

Kay... That is a perfect ideology to live by. Life is not permanent, anyhow, so you might as well enjoy it now while you can, instead of having regrets when you can't.

I'm in total agreement, Heidi. Life is so much more enjoyable when you don't worry about not having it.
