Tricia, I'm back, too. Shoulder surgery kept me in a sling and one handed for 2 months. It's really good to be back.

Very restful picture. I would like to be there... in a canoe... with a cold drink in one hand, a fishing pole in the other, and head on a soft pillow. AND all day to do it. Pure Heaven.

Good to have you back Tricia and Kathy, Ian I hope all goes well with you. It's no fun becoming wiser (I refuse to say getting older). Love the photo Ian, is it on the river looking back towards the Blue Mountains?

Thanks Ian - as a jigsaw, that was magical, one that I didn't want to end. Loved the difference in colours and the softness of reflections. I'll do it again!

Beautifully framed, Ian. You're very good at spotting nature's masterpieces. I hope your visit to the cardiologist goes well, and I'll be thinking of you. I first visited the cardiologist at the age of 38, and know from experience that they can do so much these days. .

Fabulous Ian! Love the Casurina (Sheoke) framing, too! (Another Australian tree!) Welcome back Tricia & Kathy. All this finger work is good exercise for you, & don't let anyone tell you anything different!!!!

Thanks Kay, your visit was just last year?

Flattery will get you nowhere, Ian. No, I'm 60 now. My prognosis about 10 years ago was that I had no more than 4-5 years left, so I prepared myself to die. When I didn't, I decided that I'll live each day rather than waiting to die, and I'm still going strong.... I think I'm just too darned stubborn to follow the rules.

Kay... That is a perfect ideology to live by. Life is not permanent, anyhow, so you might as well enjoy it now while you can, instead of having regrets when you can't.

I'm in total agreement, Heidi. Life is so much more enjoyable when you don't worry about not having it.
