Are they real flamingos or display ones.

Not much activity yet, on the site. I have started to do the puzzles a day late, then I can do them right away in the morning. We had rain last night!!!, no storms. About .6, We had not had rain for a month.. so dry.

I think it is Friday the 13th all over again. Or my computer has become possessed. (That doesn't look right).

A study in pink

That is a pretty picture....We had a hard rain last night, but, it didn't last too long. We have had enough...my husband missed two golf games Sunday and Monday...he is a nicer person when he gets to play golf....

Beautiful flamingoes! We had so much rain yesterday, plus a tornado 20 miles east;the cool rain caused the hot pipes to explode underground in NYC, causing a massive explosion, but fortunately my friend and I were on the opposite side of the city. Enough rain already!

I read that famingoes are pink from all the shrimp that they eat.

Good maEn Puzzle people. I am getting my puzzle fix finally. I have no idea what happen this morning.
We are having a variety of weather here, on one side of the house it is very sunny and at the back of the house it is windy and cloudy with sprinkles. No wonder I stay in a state of confusion. I could not be the weather person that's forsure.

Somebody shared the rain. We had 1/16 of an inch.

Lovely colours Ap, but funny how it is from prawns (shrimp), when they don't turn that colour until they are cooked!

Sorry, ap, the photo was a little blurry so I wasn't sure if they were real. People here have them out for hire, not real ones of course, and they are sometimes put on people's front lawns overnight as a birthday greeting as a surprise or something similar. Sometimes there is a big flock of them and they just looked like your photo.

We also visited Jurong Birdpark during our trip to Singapore and I can assure everyone they are real. It is a wonderful place to visit if you are down that way, the display of trained birds of prey is an outstanding show and there is a wonderful display for the children (up to about our age) of performing parrots, macaws and cockatoos.

well the blurrieness is due to exessive cropping,plus the birds were in constant motion.the little blur in the main picture which wasnt significant became amplified here after it got shrunk:(

I enjoyed the real flamigos too. The flamigo I have ever seen have been plastic.
