Sunsets/sunrises are so pretty.

This is so beautiful.
I saw it on someones web page but cannot remember who it belongs too.
GannieMo comes to mind--she had some gorgeous sunset but I don't that is who it belongs to.

The sky can be so spectacular. This is very beautiful
 |  |
I don't thik this is one of mine as I normally put a comment. But it is lovely all the same.

Dear Grannemo, Sometimes the comments will disappear here, or as our friends from Australia would say, they take a walkabout. So you can take credit for it until somebody else comes up to claim it. SW France is famous for it's food so maybe you could share a recipe with us. I love French cooking and very much enjoyed my visit there.

DotCom you sound different. Or it could just be the voices in my head.

 |  |
DotCom's right about the comments going walkabout! It is a beautiful sunset?sunrise. The colours make me think of a very good fire burning down in my firebox - lovely warm, cosy feeling!
 |  |
Wow! That is absolutely gorgeous. I would love to have seen it myself....pictures are wonderful, but, imagine actually seeing it.
I sure hope Grannemo does send some recipes, although after I finish making that potato salad for 70 people, I may never go into the kitchen again.

Pat I am having great empathy for you right now. Can you cheat and use instant potatoes or do you have peel 50 pounds of potatoes?
You are only a few hours away I could help you and it will be done in no time

I thought I had posted a comment...must have forgotten to hit Submit Comment...I have done that before. I am trying to think of a good excuse...maybe tomorrow.

Glorious piece of nature's artwork!!

Pat, I often do that, must be our partzimers disease coming on! Back to the kitchen with you!!
 |  |
No, Karen, I must peel who knows how many potatoes.......groan!
 |  |
I am so sorry Pat. I really hope your daughter is able to help. I could never dream of volunteering my mother for something like this.
At one time we hand annual 4th of July parties and I did the potatoe salad with real potatoes and we never had less than 100 people out here.
 |  |
Pat back to peeling, me back to packing to move-let's both groan-argh. But a beautiful sunset/rise
 |  |
Who peels potatoes? Wash them. Put them in a pan and boil them. When they are done the peels just come off. I usualy peel them as I am cutting them up.
