Is this a repeat photo? Nice scene. We are all hoping that Texas gets some relief from all the rain.

Texas, the UK, and someplace else in Asia? Lots of places are getting flooded.

Christina and Karen, I lived in Texas (Dallas) some 30 years, I also recall the droughts, The heat (Summer of 1980) and dry times when you asked what YEAR it last rained.

Here in LA, we've been hit two years in a row with very unusual high humidity. I remember we would have something like Indian summers where for a couple of weeks in September we would grouse about humidity and wonder how people could survive months of this. Then last year and this the high humidity started in July and stays around until September even into October. What's going on?

This photo does look familar, but it is still lovely.

We had a drought here in Georgia this summer, but have been getting a good amount of rain lately. The only good thing about the drought was the mosquitos were not very bad. Now the mosquitos are out in full force and just eat one of my sons up.
