Could this picture have been taken in Canada? The distances are in km, not miles as in the USA!

Sue, that is a British Columbia highway. The sign is at the junction of hwy 37 and hwy 37A. All of my northern BC glacier photos and the photo of my Kermode bear that is my avatar were taken in this area.

Greg's is angled from the other side, and you can see mountain behind on the left, also the bottom rung of the sign has been cropped!

The song "North to Alaska" has been playing over and over in my head since I solved this one, LOL. I like sign photos and take many of them myself, for future reference. Thanks, Sue. I didn't know this sign actually existed!
