Talk about anything and everything, but place your comments in the right categories so that people on slow internet connections can still enjoy the site. Also, be nice to each other - you don't have to agree, but this is not the place for personal attacks. As Sir Paul McCartney said: 'I used to think anyone doing anything weird was weird. Now I know that it is the people that call others weird that are weird' (longer explanation). Enjoy!

This is very interesting. I have never been to the Alamo and it is a nice picture of the bell. Things most people don't notice.

I was there about 15 years ago. I remember being surprized about the size. Excepted something bigger.

I had the picture hide feature on, and thought it was a boring government building until I finished it - what a nice surprise. As a long time Texan, I think many people find the Alamo small on visits - think that is Hollywood for you!

Yes, I thought it was small too, but, I have never been so moved by anything in my life!!! It was wonderfully touching.

Great photo, Sue. I've been to the Alamo, but never noticed such details as that bell. You have a really great eye!
