For some strange reason, my color blind eyes found this puzzle very easy????

It is different. Maybe the colorblindness helped with this one. No confusing colors. Happy weekend and I, too, wish there were descriptions.

This is a strange looking woods...broken off trees in front, too thick to take a hike, but fun to do.

These look like species of Pond Cypress(Taxodium ascendens). They grow in silty ponds and swamps in Southeast United States. One famous swamp is the Okeefenokee Swamp, which straddles the states of South Georgia and Florida. The above-ground 'shoots' are called cypress knees, which are formed by the underwater roots.

Looks like a swamp drying up. Louisanna comes to mind, but I have never thought of that state dry.
The foilage looks like water lillies.
