I'm responding rather late--it's October 2011-- but this brought back so many memories. For two summers in 1944-45, while I was in high school, I worked for a Boeing subcontracter in Seattle, working one summer on B17s and the other on B29s. Didn't think much of it at the time, but now am really proud that I was able to help, even in a tiny way, the allied forces that won WW2.
