Well, that was fun, but quite challenging! Looks more like a wood-pile than a snow storm, though!

Sue, I don't even want to think of snow storms yet. For a change, I've sort of enjoyed this summer. I used to say I liked winter better but I don't know anymore.

The last week we have had lovely sunny winter days of about 20*c. We do not get snow covered wood piles!

I hope this is wood for a cozy night in front of the fireplace. We burned wood for warmth for several winters. Kept the furnace on just high enough to keep the pipes from freezing. Oh! Those cold mornings.

Brrr! Would be lovely though! The Blue Mountains get the occasional snow-covered wood-pile ... missed out last weekend though.

I felt a terrible urgency to finish the puzzle before it melted and made a mess!

That was challenging - seems like we had it before, or a very similar one - and just as challenging! Funny this one showed up today - I was studying the felled trees in my woods this morning and thinking about cutting and splitting them when it turns cool, towards fall. I'm not looking forward to those cold mornings, Linda!

This was terrific fun. Very challenging. We rarely get snow, maybe a bit of frost, but not for 6 months or so. Right now its sunny & gorgeous. Enjoyed a pizza outdoors under the umbrella at my fav trattorria today.
