Yes Richard, this is my photo of the Grand Cascade at Peterhof, near St Petersburg. There is a lot of information available, I'll try to get an URL for you.
I'll be off the air for a couple of days.

Hello Richard, Ian and Wendy.
Ian, you are a night owl. I thought you'd be in bed and asleep by this time of night.

Anne,my wife had a midnight phone call from her brother in England to talk over the arrangements for her mum's funeral so I thought I might check things out. I've had about 4 hours sleep and 'boingggg' - wide awake! I might be able to squeeze in another hour or so before we load the car for More...

Ian, sorry to hear about your losses. I have really enjoyed all of your wonderful photos.

Wonderful picture Ian and too nice shot.

Thanks Sharon, I'm OK. But I think I stuffed up my 'clever' play on the title of that wonderfully entertaining movie - 'Three Weddings and a Funeral' - too many funerals!
I hope that those of you who followed my link above discovered the panoramas - they are great fun and give a good idea of the magnificence of the place.

Sorry to hear of your losses, Ian. If you don't know what to say to the immediate family at the funeral: If the death was rapid you could say 'At least he/she didn't suffer' or if the death was after a long illness you could say 'At least his/her suffering is over'. Thanks for all the beautiful photos, you certainly travel a lot.
