Also, be nice to each other - you don't have to agree, but this is not the place for personal attacks. As Sir Paul McCartney said: 'I used to think anyone doing anything weird was weird. Now I know that it is the people that call others weird that are weird' (longer explanation). Enjoy!

Sue, you've really given us some great hard puzzles this week! This one was a lot of fun and a bit of gritting teeth, etc.... I've never seen anything like this tree before. Those little banana shaped (roots?) at the soil line almost look like little tubers. What type of tree is it?

Palm trees can take that form near the base, but this one has such lovely colors! Nice photo.

I haven't noticed the little roots at the bottom of our palm trees, but I'll be on the lookout. We grow several types of Palms in our area. Anyway, thanks to Sue for another very interesting photo!

Can a pic of something natural also be abstract? If so, then Sue has achieved it. Thanks, Sue

Putting on my artist's beret, Dino, I say yes! There is a great deal of abstraction in nature, in my opinion.
