Ugh! I think that I will go play in my garden instead of doing this gloomy pic! The jigsaw can wait.

Actually, I kinda like the colors...not gloomy to me.

Sun is shining gloriously here today! My East bed is full of grape hyacynths.

It's a beautiful day here on Lake Erie's north coast. I think I will go take a walk.

Thank you Big Red, I rather liked the colours. I thought it would make an interesting photo when I took it - not one you see everyday. By the way, the jigsaw's not as difficult as it seems.

So this is what Canada has become - the land of gloomy carparks and ugly light fixtures? What happened to big mountains and wide open spaces. I guess the song is right - 'they took Paradise and put up a parking lot'. It is certainly true for our lovely valley. We have become the fastest growing More...

I sort of liked the colors, too. Is a carpark, the same as a parking lot? I really learn a lot from these puzzles and I am very happy about it.

It was quite fun actually Ian. I like how a photo of an ordinary day or event can make such a great puzzle.

Sometimes I wish we had a day like that here.

Kal Gal, I'm sorry you see it that way. This is only one of many photos I took during our visit to North Bay and most of them show a lovely country of lakes and forests. There are some on my flickr pages and I'll put a few more on specially for you.

I would like to see more lakes and forests too, please.

I think the colours are lovely, Ian, and another of your more interesting shots. We had a day like that on Saturday, when we had organised a family luncheon for Auntie Lorna's 89th b'day, at a restuarant called the Cliffhanger Cafe. The fog finally lifted about 2.00ish but a great great day was had by all, especially the guest of honour!!
