You are partially correct, it is the Officers Mess building at Fort Frontenac, Kingston, in Canada where I spent many happy hours in the company of my Canadian friends solving the problems of the world.

Yes Kate I wrote the posting while at Singapore Airport. We were there for about two hours. I am in London now it is 11.30 and we are waiting for our room. It is cold outside but it is sunny.
