So very spring looking - sigh. I had never seen fresias growing - just in florists bouquets - so pretty!

Complete with weed as well. I have multiple colours but the yellow appear to have the best smell.

We grew some freesia several years ago and left them in the ground to 'naturalise' then saw nothing of them until this spring--we've had a wetter winter (almost average rainfall) than for years and suddenly the freesia bulbs discovered they had life in them and up they popped--not huge numbers but some miracles--I'd assumed they'd rotted or dried out and been eaten by worms. I just love them.
