Nice photo Kate, but glad it is not growing in my garden. My skin does not react well to some of the grevilleas.

No idea what a 'gre-vil-le-as' is, but looks like a mutant pink version of Aliens. I especially like this picture because I came the closest so far to putting a Hard together without extra moves. Five pieces didn't fit my first choice, but four of those fit my second choice. (I lead a simple life and am easily entertained!)

Never thought of a grevillea as being a mutant but it is a hard flower to photograph--the fronds sticking out (there's probably a proper word for them!) and all of the bits make it hard to know which way is up--not as simple as a rose! But the birdies LOVE those flowers.
