Quite an east puzle. This a picture from Ian (Sydney). If I remember correctly, the beach is on the west coast of Australia close to Melboure.

You got it right Greg, except that it is on the southern coast of OZ. It is a lovely place.

I agree with you Greg, it was an easy puzzle. But who cares, it bought back lots of happy memories and hopefully, some bright moments for those of you who are suffering from the northern winter.

Our 'sugar sand' beaches are even prettier.

Very pretty photo and looks nice and warm. Is the yellow flag marking a turtle's nest?

Now this is one that is close to where I grew up - Sharon, the yellow marker is a beach number. They mark entrance points to all victorian beaches, so that if emergency services are required, they know the closest access point. Also handy for remembering where you parked the car!

What a lovely beach!

Maureen from Dubbo, I once exchanged a few postcards with a lady from Dubbo who was the school bus driver there for years. I met her on the Indian Pacific to Perth years ago. I sent a postcard to her with just her Christian name and schoolbus driver, Dubbo, and she received it.

Gee Anne, that was great considering Dubbo has a population of 40,000 now. I would love to go on the Indian Pacific to Perth one day.
