Beautiful close-up of a classical blossum, Sue. Yes, Richard, it does resemble a fried egg! I love daffodils because they are always an early signal that Spring is coming.

In Australia the Daffodil is known as the flower of hope, and as such is used as the logo for the cancer council, in August we have Daffodil day to raise money for research, I volunteer for them as I find it a very worthy cause..............
