Isn't it a blessing that many old buildings can be converted to modern use and still maintain the exterior facade, keeping the atmosphere of a district?! I have a feeling that I might have to include extra travel days to visit such places when next I go to Florida to visit my brother!

I think it is great that they have started renovating the old buildings instead of pulling them down. Great photo, thanks Kay

Lovely! A variety of old buildings as well as newer ones really adds character to a place.

A delightful scene, Kay. It had a "Kay feel" to it at very first glance. Thanks!

Agree entirely Joan. It has been done in Aus many times, some that spring to mind are the Jam Factory (Adelaide and Melbourne), The Rocks (Sydney), The Shot Tower (Melbourne).
