Wow! This really cools me off. I don't really want to see this much snow and ice, but I'd like to push the temps down below 60 or 70.
Thanks.

Sue - been here myself - but not on such a blustery day. That was a difficult puzzle with the white pieces!

Sue, is there a house or building at the left hand bottom of the glacier, do you remember? It looks like civilization with the lights shining. I guess visitors would have to stay somewhere! It's a great shot.

This just about fits the fickle weather here at the moment, we had 4 days of beautiful spring and now there are weather alerts because of the wind and rain. Great shot Sue. Shar it looks to me like tail lights on a car driving toward the mountain. I like the "Gods kisses shinning through the clouds

Awesome, Sue thanks! There's a village & a car park where you leave your car then hop in the cable car to get to the resort! I know because my baby sister worked there in the 80's. She was returning to work one day in the cable car when a storm broke out & the car stopped. She & a More...

On closer inspection (using the zoom) I would say that the little lights are vehicles on a road in the lower left hand corner. Just a guess.

This is Mother Nature's splendor at her best. I'm happy to gaze at the view from afar in your photo, Sue. Locally, we are in the height of hurricane season, but otherwise the weather is very nice with daily highs in the mid-80s and lows around 70. It probably won't get cold here until about January or so, after a pleasant fall.
