The early bird gets the worm ... the the lizard, in this case! It's actually after 11 a.m. here, and I'm taking a short break. I guess the other puzzlers (or at least the chatty ones) are hard at work (or play...)

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder sometimes, Junie! In college I had a pet boa constrictor (raised from a little snakeling) -- a good, low maintenance pet at that time! But some folks thought that he was awful! (Well, I think it was a "he" -- it's really hard to sex a snake!)

Phew! After THAT one, I want a bit more than a 'Well done, you completed the puzzle'!

Junie, the beauty of these photos that appear to be dreadful to you is that you can just skip right over them and go to the next one.... Actually, we learn a lot by researching the subject of the puzzle quite often, and we enjoy them immensely!

Kay you are so right-on. One of the reasons I love this sight is that most of the time my interest is piqued and I have to go to my browser to learn more about the subject.
