It was a good challenge. The blossoms look a little like cherry blossoms. I especially like white tea! Iced.

Kate, the blue is sky. I was looking up into the tree! This isn't a real tea tree. The first European settlers (convicts, gaolers & some free settlers) made a type of tea from the leaves, because that's all they had, probably were taught by the Aboriginees! The jigsaw was a challenge! Glad you all liked it, thanks.

Cheryl, Wikipedia reports that tea is grown on bushes which would grow into a tree if allowed to, but they are cultivated to remain at about waist height for easy picking. It didn't look all that easy. Of course, there was a lot more said. Will that do?

Tea is a brew of herbs, leaves or any botanical growth at hand. American Indians made tea from several botanical plants, mostly for medicinal purposes. Even some flowers make delicious teas, ie: chamomile, mint check out the herbal tea shelves at your market.
