Solve the Jigsaw
To move a piece of the jigsaw, click on it with the mouse and hold the button down while you move the piece. To join the puzzle pieces together, drop pieces next to each other, if they are a match then they will join up automatically.

Sorry for the Saturday morning gross out! I forgot that I had submitted this one. By the time the swelling stopped my leg had no shape from the knee down and I could hardly bend my ankle, let alone put on a shoe!

Let's see. Home remedies for stings. Hmmm. Household ammonia, juice of a freshly slice onion, spray deodorant. Wait a minute. Spray deodorant takes ink out of clothing. Not to make light of a serious problem, but I know the ammonia works on mossquito and other small insect bites and onion juice on wasp stings. Not sure about if you're allergic.

Thanks for that Linda--no wasp stings and allergic reactions like that but LOTS of mossie bites--mind you the prospect of going to bed with slices of onion draped over me does not appeal.

Rest easy, Ceri. The juice from the onion neutralizes the wasp venom, so the onion only needs to be on the sting for a short while. Same for the ammonia on the mossie bites.

Linda, I will definitely keep that tip about onion juice in mind. I am lucky in a way because so far I only swell up magnificently and have never shown any sign of anaphylaxis after a sting. Last summer I was photographing a nest they were building under my deck and one took exception and stung the More...
