I have a copy of that one. It's about 4 inches high. Bought it at Hearst's castle when the kids were little. We had gone camping with my mother just to spend three days there. The kids still remember it.

It's amazing what they remember - I wonder what my daughter will remember from her childhood. I'm starting to get an insight on what she'll hold onto from her early childhood. She'll be 7 next month and early childhood is over!

It's interesting to see how what you remember compares to how someone else remembers the same thing, different perspectives gives a different light. My sisters and I often compare what we each remember

So is the young lady finding anything of interest on the bottom of her foot? A wart wouldn't dare on such a fetching lass, but maybe a small callus? If I held my foot like that, which I no longer can, I'd get a cramp in my arch! She is lovely, but where would be appropriate for display? A really large bathroom or Olympic-size pool, perhaps? The sun is shining here. She'd look good in the sun.

Good one, Gramma Linda -- cramp in the foot, etc. My feet don't bear much looking at anyway!
I love this graceful statue.
