Its not uncommon to see this in old bulidings in central NSW, I'm not sure why though.

They managed Canuk Greg - it was buzzing - even in country Junee late on a Sunday afternoon (about twenty minutes before closing - we caught the final tour) on a winter holiday weekend when we were there. There was a wait on the coffee! And the licorice, chocolate covered ginger, chocolate covered coffee beans etc etc etc were walking out the door - people paying $50+ in one visit to the counter!
