Nice color in that flower.

Wouldn't believe it's from the onion family!

I can't figure the time. I tried at 4 am this morning nd it was still the day before puzzle. Itry at 2 am when I thought it was changing, but ... I just don't know.

wow I better cut my fingernails.
 |  |
dorthea - It usually changes at 8:00 AM here so that would be 5 AM your time.

DotCom: Thankyou. I stay up until 1 or 2am, and get up again about 6. I usual catch the puzzle about then, but lately the cats havn't been waking me.

Maybe they realize you need more sleep. I got a whole three hours last night and I feel just fine today.

Wow, DotCom and dorthea -- you two are both night owls! Do you take afternoon naps? I surely do. That is a beautiful photo but I nearly started sneezing just from looking at it.
BTW, can anybody tell me what maen stands for? I thought it was an acronym for 'moring-afternoon-evening-night' but am now wondering if that's right. Thanks!
 |  |
That's what I heard also and you capitalize whichever it is for you at the time, so if you are writing it in the morning it's Maen, in the afternoon it's mAen etc. Or as our friends from Oz (Australia) would say g'day.

Very lovely flower

Thank you, DotCom, mAen!

Pretty little puff ball, it is of the onion family. I'm glad that maen has been explained!

That is just about the prettiest flower I have ever seen. Can't beat the rose, though.
