I sure hope that's kilos!

Too heavy even for kilos. More than likely in ounces.

Who was it who said 'all birth is unwilling'? Maybe this baby wants to be put back...but obviously Mom is relieved! Congratulations!
 |  |
That sure is a funny look on his/her face.

That is kilos - my 6lb, 11oz boy was 3.? kilos. Look at the scale and you can see lb on one side and kg on the other. We have a picture just like this showing the weight too.

I love this picture! I am due in 9 weeks. My first was just over 4 kilos. (9 lb 2 oz).

Welcome to the world little one.

Is that Sharon from LA's grandson? He was due on 31st 2007. If so he was born before 31st LA time - it's only the 30th over there! Congratulations to whoever grandma is, & also to Mum & Dad.

pounds...kilos...whatever...that is one big bundle of joy.
 |  |
So which one of our weight loss Sudoku players is this? Just kidding, of course. Whose pride and joy is this youngster?
 |  |
The baby looks shocked at their weight. Could this be the beginning of a lifetime of weight obsession? I hope not.

OH Pam - I feel for you. On 2nd thoughts, I'll let you feel that all on your own.

My two at 7Lb and 8Lb 4oz were bad enough.

I'm with you Col, my largest at 7lb 11oz was more than enough trouble!!! Although now at 21, she still can be!!!
 |  |
This baby has a look of 'what the heck just happened to me!!!'
Baby, your world was rocked!! Welcome!

Col, My son was a c-section after 5 hours of pushing. Apparently I am not big enough to deliver a nine pounder!
 |  |
Kate, nope not my grandson but he/she is cute and a character. My Brandon was born January 26, 2007 2:23 AM at 8 lb 7oz. Already showing his stubborn insistence in doing things his way thus making meal time an interesting challenge. But he does have an infectious smile. His father, my son, came More...

wonder whether that is baby ant at 3.61 kgs and all that blonde hair.
you all make me chuckle, my 5 were in range from 7lb 4 ounces to 10 lb 8 ounces and all naturale.
Good luck Pam
if we dont get the comp going in time for Rose then we will surely start on your due date etc.

Whoa! Rosemary, 10 lb 8 oz, OUCH! I bow to you, lady for suffering the most. I tried for 12 hours after the amniotic fluid bag broke. I did Lamaze exercises, no medication except pitosin to hurry things along. But no avail, my son started having difficulties so off to the surgery I went.

She looks cold! And slightly disgruntled to be on a scale. She already knows that it's our worst enemy!
