I wonder where he is sneaking off to.

Good evening, everyone.. is he sneaking out to look for a friend??

That looks just like my cat a few pounds ago. She likes to sneak out, too. I do all I can to prevent it, because ticks around here carry a disease that kills them quick. It looks like they've been poisoned. (public service announcement for those of you in this area!)

When I was a child we had a Siamese that went to extreme lengths to escape. So we occasionally put him on a long leash and allowed him to sniff at his hearts conent. Disease was not a concern, cars and neighbor's cats were.

Dear Cat.
Here is better than there.Don't escape ,you are the big looser.

Oh pooh, caught again.
Better stay in where it's safe. Cars and dogs are not nice to kitties.

Maybe he is going out to find a treat for his owner. The cat I had growing up would leave dead rodents at our door step as a 'present'.

One of our cats used to bring home rabbit 'kills' and leave them on the front doorstep for us to admire - and frighten any visitors!

My family had a Manx cat that would bring dead animals to us in exchange for a piece of deli meat. Lucky us! She would leave it on the welcome mat after receiving her prize.

I had a cat who put a dead rat under the xmas tree one year! It stood out amongst other presents.

Larryville from KS---Make a trip to a health store and buy a bottle of Garlic and Yeast. Mine are a chewable tablet. No problem with fleas or ticks. A tick may come on fur, but does not embed. I sent him a bottle to my nephew who lives in southern Ok, his cat was allergic to flea bites and would have to make a trip to the vet. It has help her.

I live in a condo and my kitty is an indoor cat. But I've caught her on the grill work of my balcony. I keep worrying that I'll find her splat on the ground but after 7 years, I guess not.
