Sue, striking photo. Once again you have outdone yourself.

What is the background for the monument? I will have to research it.

Thanks again, Sue. You have a creative eye.

Nice photo Sue. I would have preferred it as a medium.
I am not thrilled about a monument to an event instrumental in stealing lands from native Americans.

Wonderful, Sue thanks. the phot has a H number so it would have been submitted to the sudoku hard page, where it'll appear in a few weeks. Heidi when it gets there you can choose to play it as an Easy, Medium or Hard jigsaw!

Haven't we had a monument of a Cherokee warrior regarding the same event (or am I dreaming?)? I agree with everyone, Sue. It is a great photo, shot at an interesting angle.

OK Kate, I'll ask. How do you know the photo has a "h" number?

Hi Heidi,

That was my immediate reaction too... but I'm a bit sensitive this week so didn't think anyone else would think the same.

Just thought you'd like to know, you're not alone.

Count me in -- I looked at the properties of the image and am totally puzzled (a puzzle within a puzzle, I guess).

Actually it isn't H! The H's are on the medium puzzle! This one's V892. If you Rt click on the little picture at the left, you should get a menu then click on "view image" up the top you will see: http://sudoku.com.au/prizes/V892.jpg. The number was allocated to the picture sometime More...

"Sticky beak," that's different. Much more descriptive than a "nosey Parker." I like it, Kate.
Sue, it's a wonderful photo! Heidi, I just have to ask you whether there might be some blood and tears on your land too.

Kate, I know that was in English but it reads like Double Dutch to me!!!

Try this, Gail: Using the right mouse button, click on the small picture clue. You should see a drop down menu. Click on "properties." That will give you the name and loction of the picture file. Thus, the file name is: V892.jpg
