They look like little skunks!--Not the kids-they're cute.

They do look like skunks and good thing they are really young. I don't know how soon they are able to spray. I do thiiiink baby skunks are called kits. Fox are. I could be wrong though. The children wouldn't know that. They look old enough to recognize a skunk though.

There aren't many things quite as cute as a baby skunk. Especially when you see 4 or 5 of them in a row following their mother, and the way they wobble side to side as they walk. The only thing cuter is a couple of little girls finding those little 'kitties' without stinker nearby.

My dad had a pet skunk he raised from a baby. As a teenager, he trapped animals for their pelts. He found a mother skunk dead in a trap and her infant still by her. Dad said skunks are affectionate and purr like cats. He never told me whether his pet ever sprayed him.
