I'm glad you didn't make this any harder! Do all those nests belong to one pair? Our Baltimore Orioles will have several nests and their young fly from nest to nest in their early stages of learning. I don't know if they build the nests in a single year or just a new one each year.

Have just reading a little about this bird - colonies nest together like an apartment block. Amazing. Thanks to the photographer - I have learnt something new.

Neat! I was reading about weaver birds in one of Gerald Durrell's books just the other day - I've forgotten which book on Africa as I am rereading all his books right now - I was charmed by his books in my youth and still am!
