The 'glacier' is melted! Global warming?
 |  |
Somewhere to go when it's summer over there. Winter'd be too cold!
 |  |
As someone who lives here- it is quite nice in the winter too. High of 33F today where I live, thats warmer than parts of the midwest right now. Gotta love float planes

Nice photo, but a very easy puzzle, Would have been beeter as a hard I think.
 |  |
Good idea Anne, and we can stay warm and still enjoy the beautiful scenery
 |  |
Sheryl, staying warm sounds good to me, but it is a lovely pic!

Well, it was only 26 at midday today in MA, so 33 would feel great. Alaska is beautiful. Glaciers are startling blue ice. In late June and early July it is warm and daylight for most of the 24 hours of a day. Wonderful place to visit.

I'd love to pilot that plane.

Alaska, a great place to visit and a wonderful place to live. My home is two miles from the Mendenhall Glacier. I've seen it on my way home from work every day for 15 years now, and it still makes me smile. Thanks for the photo.
