Thanks for the puzzle Dino - I seem to recall seeing this photo on your page and I love to see the way nature has created lines amongst the man made structure. Very enjoyable.

OK, Aussies. Who was Ned Neales? And why name a lookout after him? Was he a lookout for a gang of outlaws?

Looks a bit like a well-maintained hayloft to me. Is the grass the remainder of grass stored in the lookout or did it somehow grow there? I'm with Heidi as to what does the lookout overlook. Made a very interesting and fun puzzle!

Ned Neales was a local character. I don't know anything more about him. In the early days the quickest way to travel to Melbourne was by boat, so I guess he would be checking for that.
