I cannot imagine how anyone could climb that. Great picture!

Wow! Who took this picture? And how did you get that close?

Wonderful photo.Lucky person who took the photo. I have been to Zermatt twice and only seen the peak through gaps as the clouds swirled around. It was even snowing on the mountain the second time I was there. There is a train that takes you part way up and this is probably where the photo was taken.

What a great photo. I cannot imagine people climbing this rock - unless they have a very special form of madness.
It certainly is an aviation hazard.

Wonderful shot. I'm thinking this might have been taken from a helicpter or a small plane.

Suicidal, I'm not. That is not my idea of a fun sport.

Very impressive peak. Very impressive photo.

Stunning photo with amazing colour reflections. I am definitely not brave enough to be that high up.
Heidi, like the new avatar, what type of spider is it?

It's a magical photo, but you won't find me anywhere nearby.... I'm in agreement with Ian. It would take a special form of madness to attempt this climb -- and a great deal of skill and luck to conquer it!

Somebody called it breath-taking -- I'll say! I don't think there is much O2 there at all (a constant concern of mine). Madness, indeed, plus costs a fortune and you actually climb over the skeletons of those who didn't make it -- bones sticking up and on you soldier. Not, I! Ian, I love your More...
