I love how the shades of pink and green blend. You take such beautiful pictures of flowers Sue. Thank you for sharing them with the rest of us.

Beautiful flower Sue, from your garden? Bluey if you go to your garden shop they sell products that help influence the colour of your hydrangea, I can't remember if it's acid or alkaline, I just let nature take it's course and see what turns up

Hydrangeas are probably my favorite flowering bush, and we have several of varying ages and sizes in our yard. Our soil is very acidic, so our plants are a pretty periwinkle blue. Bluey, try giving yours a steady diet of used coffee grounds around the base and they may turn blue.

If you have the Nikko Blue hydrangea you most likely will need to supplement the soil with an acidic fertilizer like Miracid - otherwise the blue flowers will revert back to pink.
