am i the only one from England who enjoys doing these puzzles?

Poor little fella! We've had a couple coyotes in the news in Chicago recently--one in Grant park who evaded captors and one who went into a sandwich shop! He just wanted a sandwich!

Coyotes are getting to be a problem.

Coyotes around here are so bold that they don't sneak. They just walk righ in. And I'd never cal one 'poor little fella'. They've been known to kill small dogs on their owners leashes and to attack small children. Now, if man hadn't destroyed their habtat, they wouldn't have to resort to sandwiches!

Ann is probably the expert, and that coyote has a lean and hungry look!

We also had a coyote incident in Central Park recently in New York City.

Hi Jules,

No you're not! I love doing them too. I'm constantly amazed by how good the photography is and I love seeing the world through their eyes. Thank you to everyone who submits photos and comments. Jules - whereabouts in England are you?

I don't have anything that exciting in my backyard. My dog looks a little like that coyote sometimes though!

I really don't think I would like to meet up with a coyote...either in my back yard or a sandwich shop!!!!

Hi all, lovely day here in Sydney. Glad we don't have any sneaky coyotes!
 |  |
Kate, you have the dingos, though (dingoes?); are they from the same family I wonder?
 |  |
We just have sneaky raccoons, no wiley coyotes.

Hello to Jules and Diane, I was begining to think I was the only person from the U.K.
Love the photos.

Ann is right. The coyotes are abundant here. We enjoy listening to them in the wash (that's what we call a dry creek bed that runs and/or floods after a good rain) behind our house at night. Many animals use the washes for trails and homes. We see coyotes, javelinas, rabbits and quail on a More...

We have raccoons, groundhogs, Skunks, and possiums, no coyotes. The skunks are bad enought. Pretty animal and good puzzle. 03/01/08 Sat.

The only predator of skunk here on CC is the coyote. They must really be hungry to attack a smelly skunk!
