This is another photo from Alligator Farm (a zoo, not really a farm) in St. Augustine, Florida. They have all 23 species of crocodilians on display.
The Gharial uses that long snout to catch fish, and are not dangerous to humans.
Humans are very much a threat to the Gharial, however. They are an endangered species in their native India.
