I agree Richard. But still a great puzzle and photo. Thanks Ian.

Yep.... seen it before, too.
It's still a lovely inn.

Shall we call it Ian's Inn?

It was hard again. I don't look at the title of the jigsaw before starting - guessing adds to the fun. As soon as I saw the pieces, knew it had to be one of Ian's photos - all those lines!

It's now following the old procedure: appear on sudoku & then go to jigsaw! We'll get all the ones we've had before now! It's still a great photo & fun puzzle, but I know a lot of people have submitted photos, so why can't we have them!!!!??

I believe this is the most difficult puzzle I've tackled since joining! It was fun.

Kate, I've noticed a lot of photos on Sudoku that have been on jigsaw before. Gath says the only way they can be repeats is if the person submits them twice, but I wonder.....

I guess the photos are selected automatically, Kate. And I guess that some people submit a lot more than others. That's OK. I have no idea what the logic is. Sometimes my pics appear first on jigsaws and sometimes first on sudoku. Leelee, I agree with you. It's a hard puzzle

I finally figured out how to make my photos square (hold the shift key down when cropping in Photoshop), and how to reduce the size with Shrink pictures. So I have finally submitted a few photos. Now all I have to do is wait....

I don't mind the repeats on architecture. A few more times and I'll recognize this type of store/building front.

Thank you all for the nice things you have said about this photo, I'm glad to see it turn up as a puzzle because that was the original intention. As for 'Ian's Inn' - if you wish.

, Ian. We wish! Elizabeth, that's exciting -- will be looking forward to your photo debut!

Elizabeth, you've just taught me something that, after using Adobe Photoshop for more than 8 years, I did not know. Thanks! I've been minutely cropping until I got an exact square image.

Ian, you are a mastermind when it comes to shooting/choosing photos for puzzles! I just finished this one, don't remember working it before, and it's about the best challenge yet for me. Thanks again!
