I don't think I'm up to tackling this one tonight.

I did. Took me 25 mins Anne so now it is way past my bedtime. Made my Christmas cake today and lots of yummy rum balls and white Christmas so have had nicies to snack on.

Does anyone know where this was taken? I saw heaps of magpie geese in Kakadu.

I changed my mind after all and it wasn't so hard as I thought it would be. Good night all.

Jackie, it was on the site a few days ago, but I can't remember where it was. You sound as if you've had a very busy day.

I loooooove mangos too! This wasn't as hard as I thought it might be.

I left this puzzle for later, too, but it wasn't as hard as I thougt it would be. Don't know anything about magpie geese, except I'm certain that we don't have them here in hot humid Louisiana.

Pat. The magpie geese love hot humid weather. We have millions in Kakadu Nat Park in the north of Australia and they look magnificent in their huge colonies. They breed there in the wet season. The aboriginals used to hunt them for their meat. Roast goose sounds good to me too.

Thank you Jackie, for the information...it is fun to learn new things.

I was expecting magpie birds, thinking perhaps 'geese' was the name for their young :)
Pat: where in N.O. are you? I lived in Metairie for a couple of years - I miss it.

I love the lush vegetation in this photo. I didn't even see the geese until I'd finished it.

Greetings from the Future!
I, too was confused about birds' name before I started. I thought it should be magpie COMMA geese... Never heard of such birds. Must be beautiful. And the puzzle was easy and enjoyable.
