Well, that was not as hard as I expected. Hope the artist achieved what she wanted.

How do you feel once you finish all 3 puzzles? I cannot wait until 7am for the puzzles to pop up and then when I finish all 3 I feel a little let down. I try to keep one to do at night but that has only worked once. Then I saved a puzzle and just as soon as my girl laid down for her morning nap I More...

Hi Karen, if you are a puzzle addict, you can click on the sudoku site (on the left side of this screen) and all of the sudokus can be done as jigsaws, too. Beware, you may not get anything else done all day!
 |  |
Thanks Liz. I am not getting anything done anyway. I have no self control. It is to the point I wake up before the baby, while the coffee is brewing my computer is booting. I give the baby her bottle so for 30 minutes I can do puzzles, then if she is not ready for her breakfast I will put her in More...

OK, I went to Sudoku, is there a link I can change the game into a puzzle. I did find crossword puzzles another addiction of mine.
Is there a PA group, like AA? I think I may need help.
 |  |
Dear Karen, You do need help! CLICK ON ARCHIVES AT THE TOP LEFT OF THIS PAGE! There are all the jigsaws from the last three months there. You start with the easy and from there you can go to the medium and difficult. In Sudoku you have to finish the puzzle before you get even one picture but you can change it to any level.
 |  |
Sorry, make that all the puzzles from the past year.
 |  |
Karen, at the top of the sudoku puzzle, it says 'play this pic as a jigsaw'. Click on that. Once you get the jigsaw, you can go to the left side of the screen and choose whether you want to do the puzzle as easy, medium or hard. There are different jigsaws for each level of sudoku (on the right side of the sudoku screen--easy, difficult, etc. as well as kids levels)

After the suggestions that DotCom and I have given her, Karen will probably need help prying her fingers from the keyboard!!

Hello, my name is Pam and I am a jigsawaholic.
 |  |
Hi Pam. My name is DotCom and I'm a Othello (they call it Internet Reversi) aholic and a solitare aholic too. Jigsaws come in third with me. It's a waste of time, a waste of your life. Go outside. Meet real people. Get other hobbies. Smell the roses.

I want my husband to read these comments and he will see that I am not the only person afflicted with jigsawaholic....can it be cured? I hope not.

Many of us jigsawaholics are female, retired and married to enablers.

Karen, I have a couple of sites for jigsaws that I'd like to share with you (and anyone else that's interested. The first is Jigzone where you can change the cut of the jigsaw and the number of pieces you have to work with -

The second is More...

This is such a fun site with lots of nice people and fun things to do. Thanks for the guide to find previous puzzles. I like using the hour after taking my meds that require an hour before I can eat. Sometimes I forget to eat!!!
 |  |
Hi Ian. I liked jigzone and saved an icon for it but as for gamedesign, the name didn't work but http://www.gamedesign.jp/ did. They have many games but you have to register first. Thanks for the information.
 |  |
I'm not sure if it's really the puzzles that are addictive, or sharing the conversations and the reactions to the puzzles with people from around the world. This is such a fun way to spend some free time!

DotCom, I put in the URL for white Jigsaws by hand and may have made an error. I have now copied and pasted the URL from my Favourites. Give it a try.

Thank you for all your helpful advice. I was doing the crossword puzzles where when you finish a picture comes up. It took me 3 weeks to do all the puzzles from the archives. I have gone back to Jigzone they have a couple of new puzzles on there. In between doing puzzles I play solitaire, catch 33, More...

Karen, the pregnant with nine weeks to go was likely me. Timothy Peter was born on March 27th, weighing 7 lb 8oz. A darling boy, little brother to Steven Gregory.

There are lots of greys in this that were a bit hard on my poor old eyes, pretty place though! Do we know the artist??

Karen, there is an SA group somewhere on the Sudoku site, in clips I think, and they accept all puzzle addicts!! I don't go there though, as I only do 20 or so puzzles a day, and so , am NOT an addict!!

Karen maen means- m morning a afternoon e evening n night. So if you are writing something here on this site in the morning then you put a capital letter for M in the word as in Maen or if it is evening you put a capital E in as in maEn. So good mAen to you all. It is 4.30pm Saturday here.
 |  |
Thanks Ian for the two new puzzle sites. I found both of them.
 |  |
Hi Ian. The second site still didn't work for me. I don't know how Maureen found it. The only difference I saw in the second URL is a space (?) or an invisible character in the second jigs aw.html It's 7:41 AM here now so I don't think you'll read this because it will probably turn over to the new jigsaw at 8:00 AM here.
 |  |
DotCom, sorry I can't be any more help - if Maureen found both sites then that eliminates any mistake on my part. I'm not being defensive here, it's just that I can''t think of how to advise you.

Karen, OZ is often used as an abbreviation for Australia (OZtralia).

Sand Beach, Acadia Nat'l Park, this is a good picture fun to work. Thank the person that supplied this one.
 |  |
Acadia Nat'l Park is a beautiful Park in Bar Harbor, Maine. We found it while waiting for the Ferry "Cat" to go to Nova Scotia. If you are ever in that area it is highly recommended.I haven't seen any puzzlers from Maine yet on this sight. I was born in Portland, Me.but grew up on Cape More...
