Iceberg roses, I'd say! Beautiful!!!
I don't think paeonies have thorns or serrated leaves! But I could easily be wrong!

This is the right spot for this comment. The photo appears to be a closeup of a very pale azalea. The leaves and stems also appear to be similar. Mr Bob

Certainly the wrong leaves for a peony as they have lobed leaves and mine certainly don't have thorns. The leaves look like rose leaves to me.

I suppose I'm very lucky I have a big screen, THERE are thorns & serrated leaves in the photo! Also I did have Iceberg roses for a while (till the native animals took over!!). I did try to grow paeonies, but they weren't happy in our previous residence - didn't get cold enough!! I have also had Azaleas in my garden! Till Mr decided he'd take charge, after many years! He wanted natives only!!
