Is this another one of those "Trash into Treasure" sculptures where old plastic bottle tops and bottles are recycled into art? Used to create a colorful "river" instead of polluting our REAL rivers? What a wonderful idea!

I seem to remember this scupture was voted number 1 by the public and yes, it was all made from plastic bottle tops & the like. Very clever
