Gorgeous photo, Dan S, when were you there? Doubting Thomas buried in India. A Catholic basilica in India. None of this would ever have occurred to moi. Definitely not ready for Jeopardy! I love the daily lessons received from Sudoku U!

So, Dan, Doubting Thomas lies here in his mortal remains - I simply thought it was a saying. Thanks for the info!

Judy, so glad to hear that there is improvement, hope that you continue in this positive direction!

Thanks Kay -- not a pink elephant, but blue -- my favorite color. Did you draw the elephant?
Joan, thank you too -- boy, it's good to be a little bit mo bettah! After I looked up the church it became clear that Santhome translates to Saint Thomas from the Christian bible. He was one of Jesus' More...

Cheeze, Louise, Kay, I should have said "paint the elephant!" A thousand pardons! He's a cute guy and looks like some of your whimsey. Sorry, my friend.

Judy -- no apology needed! No, I can't lay claim to the elephant artwork, though I could have painted him had I thought of it first, LOL. He's so silly that he just caught my fancy on one of those free graphics sites.

Thanks, Kay, and, yes, you coulda! Where do you find such neat graphics?
15/Oct/08 10:35 AM
 |  |

I just Google "free graphics" and that can take you to thousands of different sites, Judy. I rarely am even able to revisit one, because I seem to follow a different path with every search. Many times the images are not in .jpg format, so I have to convert to, or "save as" a .jpg. I usually need to resize them to fit Gath's specs.

Oh, yeah, I know about size and resize! Gath gives us so much room for our individuality, though, isn't it grand! I guess it's just your artsy-fartsy way of Googling, Kay, me girl!

It's like a fairy palace!
I see the jigsaw doesn't changeover at the same time as the sudoku puzzles.
