Hurricane Sandy made landfall 45 miles South of my Sister's home. She is about 1.5 KM from the Atlantic. She is not abswering the phone, so I can't find out if she got flooded. There were only three fatalities in New Jersey, so I know she's OK. She probably evacuated. Every square mile of the State was affected and 2/3 of the State is without power (over 6,000,000 people).

Kate, interestingly, because Obama is acting decisively (in contrast to Bush after Katrina) and Romney has no authority to do anything, many Pundits are predicting that this will make Obama a clear winner in Next Tuesday's election.
