Not aesthetically beautiful like the others, but art often conveys a powerful message. Too pixillated to read some of the finer print (since the puzzles have to be a small size), but this is, unfortunately, TRULY a "sign of our times." But with the lack of personal responsibility (if *I* get hurt, it must be YOUR fault, and I'm suing"), these kinds of signs are too common ...
