Whooever took this really has a good photographer's eye, most people wouldn't see the geometric lines, the color tones, the play of light and shadow etc. Looks like Europe. Steep roof says snow country. Doubt it's a private home and yet somebody cared enough to set out flower pots, so not in a big city (they would be stolen). It's a mystery.
